Edward was born in Fajardo, Puerto Rico, and raised in Miami, Florida. After graduating from Miami-Dade Community College, he received a B.S. in Political Science from Tuskegee University, and a Master of International Affairs from Baruch College. During his studies, Edward worked as substitute teacher for charter schools all across New York City. It was then that he discovered a passion for teaching and decided to pursue a career in education—he’s been in the classroom ever since. Edward brings an incredible passion and dedication to his work. He is driven to create a rigorous and fulfilling learning environment.
